I really like that I can use it to control the TV, Tivo, BluRay, and Apple TV devices. I have not seen one before that supported the Apple TV so that was a nice bonus.

Luckily they're the same brand, I got this remote thinking it'll only work for just one but it works for the both of them. Of course the tvs are in different rooms but I use the remote for both tvs when I'm nkt using it for the other

To my surprise, the most important button on the remote, the "input" button did not work with the television! Also, in order to use my other devices, I had to "reprogram" it over and over again. The pairing process is simple, but still, after pairing, the remote failed to live up to task. I returned the same week and will not try and replace it, it's easier just to use the input button on the television and use the remote control to my satellite box for all the other functions.

This remote is marginally intimidating to program at first, but after several tries it finally accommodates our satellite and an older DVD player.

Although it does works for my smart tv, I regret buying it because I dnt have any other DVD or inputs to use this big universal remote. I wish I had done my research and bought a remote that had a keyboard on it to make the search on my smart tv faster. Also doesn't have a "back" button when on tv mode to browse through my hulu account. The remote has many other buttons i dnt not use or needed.I feel the employee didn't listen to my needs and just handed me a universal remote.
