The remote took a while to connect to my TV, but when it did, it worked during that loan session, and then it wouldn’t turn on or turn off the TV again after that. Same with the DVD player, and my sound bar control. All my products are Sony so I thought this would be a slamdunk but it wasn’t!

What I find frustrating about it is that if I want to interact with the Roku, then adjust the volume on my TV, I have to select the button at the top of the remote for each component. In my mind, I should be able to adjust the volume, no matter which component I'm using.
