It was an open box but the Salesgirl said the box was excellent and nothing was missing. We go it home and it had no HDMI cord in the box. It said it was suppose to have one. The manual that was in the box said it was suppose to have one. I returned to the store and they made me purchase one. Why did I have to purchase one when it was suppose to be in the box. I am extremely dissatisfied with Best Buy.
