Insignia 8 foot HDMI Cable was a bit longer than needed but you never know if you are going to move your equipment.

Not sure about 4k, I don't have any, but this was a good addition to my Super-Nintendo I just purchased. Allows me to move the box on the coffee table in front of the couch for easy access and I don't have to get controller extensions

Purchased a new 40 inch Samsung and realized that the HDMI cable I had would not work. Back to BB to get a new one. Plugged it in and away we go .Works perfectly, no issues

While I understand that the aftermarket accessory business is a huge industry, I also can't help but be very cynical about how much better, if at all a $100 HDMI cable is versus this one if it works and I get a picture. This one works and in happy with that.
