The reason why I like it being white is that my wall is white too so when I'll use it to connect my wall-hung TV to my laptop it won't be obvious.

There are probably better cables that can handle exactly what you need it to handle, but as a casual viewer...this cable is great.

You plug one end in and then you plug the other end in & magically pictures of things appear on your television. One caution both the tv & the other thingy from the cable company have to be set to "on."
