A new device better in quality and cheaper in price than a motherboad replacement. Best Buy also warranred for 5 additional years at a great price. Five Stars for the value.

I don't know who to contact about this. We don't know if it happened during delivery or at the store or factory.

We got it for under six hundred dollars and that was a decent price for a washing machine that isn't a major brand that you can identify regularly. The only thing it could really use is more documentation as to who is the real manufacturer - from what we could tell it seems to be a particularly high quality machine.
