I don't know who to contact about this. We don't know if it happened during delivery or at the store or factory.

I hate the sensor part because it stops even if the clothes still a bit wet. the worst is that "wrinkle prevention", all my clothes always.....always comes out like a cow chew it up and spit it out. just the worst. unfortunately I do not recommend this dryer.

The online discount was discounted further at the in person checkout because price displayed was less than online. They helped load the dryer in our van too.

The dryer is a great deal and the perfect fit for any home weather it be a rental or a family. I was able to finance mine on the 12 months o percent deal witch makes it even better and easier to afford the purchase. I will continue to purchase all my appliances at best buy because it is truly the best buy.
