It would only operate for about 15 minutes then the "Clean Filter" light would come on. I received a replacement, but I don't think its a "Brand" new dryer. It arrived with black scratches on the side and no protective film over the instrument panel. After being on hold for an HOUR AND 14 MINUTES (and still didn't speak to a representatives.) I called the next day and spoke with an associate, and he assigned me a case number and told me I have 30 replacement warranty and 1 year Best Buy product warranty.

Decent Dryer

Personally, I can say you get what you pay for on this expenditure. The dryer works better than the washer but I find it sad that I bought this to save money on costs to operate but it takes longer to use, there is no savings. If you have limited funds, it is a good buy upfront. Otherwise, spend a little more and get a quality machine.

I had a struggle booking it up because we have an old copper line for the gas hook up. Other than that it can take a while for the clothes to be actually dry. Bulky clothing I had to dry twice for sheets and comforters on the highest temperature with the very dry setting. That was the only issue I’ve experienced so far.

I like that the lint trap is totally flush with the inside of dryer, as our other lint trap would catch into straps and strings and put clothes into the gator death roll, twisting so much that it would break or be too wrinkled to iron out.

First one wouldn't spark and had to get a replacement ordered. Much prefer gas over electric, more efficient, and reliable in my experience. Time will tell on this one.

When I checked the app it said it wouldn’t be ready until Jan 28th. 25 days later than what I was told.
