Can be a little on the loud side but overall not bad. High heat setting does seem to get very hot...hotter than other dryers that I have had

After having some difficulties finding the right fit for my basement entry, I decided on this dryer. When drying my clothes on the highest setting-time and temperature, my loads are not completely dry. It takes 2 drying cycles in order to get one load completely dry. I do not overload the dryer with clothes so I know that’s not the issue. I’m quite disappointed in the performance of this dryer. I was definitely expecting better. I wish I could get my money back.

BestBuy doesn't sell the conversion kit and geek squad gave me a replacement number to a dryer of a different make and model as a substitute that I have to go find myself because they also don't carry this part. so much for being a preferred best buy member don't waste your money.

First dryer sounded like a jet engine so I had installer take it back. Second one had weird sound, doesn’t dry on setting below medium (which takes two cycles to dry anything). Tried reversing door and holes on other side not drilled correctly so I had to put it back where it was! Today this dryer melted my mattress pad after just 15 mins (previously no problem drying it in my old dryer, followed label directions etc ). There’s melted plastic all over back drum; thankfully no fire happened. Someone is coming out to look at it and hopefully gets the plastic out of it, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I regret buying this-I was trying to save $ because appliances aren’t cheap, however this one is. You get what you pay for.
