Well I couldn’t find a conversation kit anywhere. Even asked a few places that specialize in them and they couldn’t find one. The one guy kind of gave my dad and myself attitude when I finally returned it. Wouldn’t go back if he was there again. Was never able to actually use it. So currently still shopping for a dryer.

Feeling tricked

Which after a week long effort to get it replaced when they did it was the same one. Associate didn’t tell us it changed the look when getting gas instead of electric. Now I’m stuck with miss matched washer and dryer

Terrible

Luckily I was home when this happened and it didn’t catch fire. I had clothes and sheets destroyed. Luckily the managers were able to replace it both times, the second time with a totally different type of dryer free of charge.

Doesnt dry

You have to dry them twice. Best Buy has been amazing and swaped out the dryer twice with no problems. We finally ended up buying abother model and we are happy now.

Save your money

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased on 8/8/2020 and had nothing but problems with this dryer, not getting hot taking over 2 hours to dry medium load of shirts, shutting down for no reason with a clean lint trap error, lint trap was clean, this dryer is direct vented so no obstacles, called customer support, wants me to plug into another power source its a 115 volt outlet correctly installed, so for ha ha sakes I ran an extension cord to another outlet and alakazam same results, I am so glad that I was able to cancel Insignia washing machine order and not be stuck with another piece of crap.

Nothing sat on it but the usual laundry detergent bottle or bod of oxyclean. It seems to not be hot enough; things aren't dried in one cycle.

Would not recommend

All the options on it are useless. No matter what setting, I find that my clothes are always damp and I need to have it run again. Waste of time and energy. I also can't stand that on almost any setting, you are limited to how high the heat or dry time is. Such a regret.

Replacement on back order for 5 months from now, would have been nice if I didn't have to contact you to figure this all out. VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Could have been worse

Died after one year
