    Very disappointed. The dryer went out after only one year and missed the warranty by one month. Now I am looking for another dryer. Not a good product.

    Did not work, first drop off didn't have all the pieces. Had to arrange new drop-off which took two more tries due to Best Buy paperwork mixup.

    Faulty gas adapter and very loud when operating

    New gas kits did not fit the gas fitting adapter on the dryer. This dryer is very loud when operating. Cloths come out damp, after normal cycle.

    I had to schedule 3 appointments to get the dryer hooked up and it is still not done. Original estimated date of completion was 4/20 and now they are telling me the earliest appointment is June 1st.

    Don't buy major appliances from Best Buy. The delivery people the use did not know how to hook up the LP gas conversion kit properly and it started smoking and flames shot out of it.

    Worst washer ever. If it goes off balance when I rearrange the items it doesn’t restart where it left off. It re rinses and then starts spin again. Spins for 17 minutes clothes should be almost dry but still very wet

    Had to exchange this twice. The dryer is junk and the washing machine agitator broke in the first two weeks. Don’t cheap out. Junk
