||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the brand I will skeptical to buy it because price wise it's still up there just not as expensive as Samsung ones Maybe but I was surprised that it works so well and all the options it has very happy with it I figured I would have to pay double like for the Samsung ones but the delivery guy told me that these brand washers and dryers used to not be good but now they've come a long way where they're just as good as any other ones Only issue I've noticed is that even on high heat you still have to put more time than expected to dry which surprised me with all the technology it has even setting it on like automatic where it senses how dry whatever it still doesn't dry enough

Great dryer… poor delivery

It is generally accurate with the time and the options are useful. I however paid for delivery and old dryer pick up. The contractors my first go were awful. They wasted my time and caused me to waste another day for delivery. I paid so that I am not inconvenienced. It was also expensive for having to wait another two weeks for delivery. Great dryer… poor delivery service.

Did not really care about all the features but this one fit my needs and for the price good value. The capacity is a bit smaller than the 20 year old one this replaced so it did take an adjustment on the way I do laundry. It does work well so far so I am pleased with my purchase. My old one had a light inside the drum this one does not so that took some getting used to.

Great dryer for the money

The washer came dented but Best Buy gave me the option to receive a new one at no charge! Really happy with the dryer. It doesn't get as hot as my old one but it is very spacious and dries pretty well. Overall, not bad for the price. For a college student or for a first house, this is a decent pair.

It has taken a few loads to figure out which settings are appropriate, but the dryer does it's job well. Handled a large blanket with no issues.

I have bought 5 dryers in my life time because of me constantly moving, this time I was on a budget and I bought this one and the dryer in both normal, delicate and whatever other setting burnt most of my blankets for my bed. I tried it many time thinking it was just me but no it’s the dryer don’t buy. My clothes are fine so it hold a lot, drys fast, and easy to use but it will burn your blankets

Nice Smaller Capacity Dryer

I wanted the same dryer (the 7.5 CU model) but it was out of stock in my area so I settled for this one. I had to dry smaller loads but it dried well. Best Buy has the best exchange policy so when the 7.5 became available, I switched it out.
