Dryer works great. I'm more impressed with the installation crew who brought it upstairs and installed it. They were polite, professional, and neat. They left no trash from the unboxing, and it took them no more than 30 minutes to complete the install. great guys.

The dryer runs well and quiet, but I prefer a single panel lent filter screen without a center divider.

I bought this with the matching Insignia washer. Suoer pleased with these purchases. The dryer has excellent choices to customize the drying, and which help with proper drying and saves energy. What a great product and at a very attractive price And beat buy interest free plans make this a true "STEAL"

So far so good. Replaced old dead dryer left from previous owner of our house. Decent price plus BBuy installed and hauled away old unit, works well so far. Appreciate having extended warranty through BBuy as well.

This is a solid dryer. Its one drawback is that the default, or “normal” dryer mode uses “sensor dry” tech that inevitably results in the machine overestimating the dryness of the items (especially towels) and thus stopping with some items slightly damp. You either run a second sensor dry cycle to finish the load (usually less than 15 minutes—it’s automated) or you skip sensor dry and do a “timed” session from the outset.

Great investment after 20 years off old it was time for new

Contractors that delivered could not install due to copper gas line. Said they don't do installs unless it is black steel or HDPE piping. So i had to due the install myself. But the dryer works great and the best buy rep in store was awesome, excellent customer service and he never tried to up sell me on a more expensive product or brand. Which I've had in the past.

This gas dryer is very futuristic, yet very simple to use. It makes doing laundry fun. Our Insignia Gas Dryer was delivered and installed by Best Buy. They were on time, quick, and did a good job. Don’t forget to order the extra parts for the gas dryer though. I did my research and honestly this dryer if it was a name brand would cost a few hundred bucks more. Don’t bye into the brand name hype. We have been using Insignia products for years. They are quality and have good value compared to brand name. This dryer replaced a 25+ year old Maytag dryer.

I mean it works realky well , zero problems from the store purchase, to the delivery, to installation.

This is a beautiful dryer and overall I like it since it beats not having a dryer! My old one had a burning smell and it was time to get rid of it. The automatic dryer sensor does not seem to work right. It often takes several cycles before the clothes are dry, especially if they aren't all the same fabric. I sort by colors and the loads would be way too small if I just kept the same fabrics together. It was a hassle getting it installed because of the initially delivery/installation guys were horrible - rude and disrespectful - and did not set it up right. I arranged to return it but when the person came to take it back, he offered to correctly install it and I was pleased with his service. I am happy enough with the machine, in spite of the sensor issue, that I won't return it, especially after all the time spent to get it hooked up.

the dryer works great for its price point. easy to care for. in the basement so the noise is really not an issue.

First time I used the dryer I noticed how flimsy the dryer door latch was, a month later the latch broke to keep the dryer door shut …
