The sensor is accurate and the machine gets the job done. It is a basic level dryer but has enough selections of temp and load type for my needs. The only reason I didn't givie a 5 star is that it doesn't have a signal for finished drying.

It works perfectly and has several options that are excellent for the price. Also, the customer service from Best Buy is like no other from in store to delivery. They were great every step of the way! I’d choose them again and again.

Like the feature called Water Plus for extra water for bulky items. Don't know why there is a button to add softener. Just let water go through that all the time. Is it supposed to save water if fabric softener isn't used?

We bought the pair, washer and dryer. We were very pleasantly surprised and are extremely happy with our purchase. We have recommended them and already know people who purchased them as well.

The heat stopped, the flame stopped, the sensor stopped, the fuse stopped, the computer stopped reading & sending the signals, at least the drum spins. (Hopefully, the motor doesnt stop spinning after everything else gets fixed because that runs up the warranty.) According to the kind technician from Geeksquad that came by to examine the machine he said I need new parts and a new computer for the machine. Now, just imagine if I didn't get the extended warranty. New year new machine I guess? In the mean time back to the laundromat. And I am hopeful that my machine gets fixed. Beforehand, in all honesty the machine was working wonders and it was doing what it had to do. Being my first big time purchase this was sad for me. But it is, what it is.
