No need to buy $100 Monster cables
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HDMI is completely digital, there is no difference from this low cost thin cable to the huge shielded premium cables, it either works or doe snot. Static is from the old analog cables like RCA cables. You do need to make sure it's the right version (HDMI 2.x or 3.X), but that's is, don't let the kid tell you need to spend $100 on HDMI.

Good for it’s price

It’s still exactly what you expect it to be and for a really good price. Almost ended up getting one that was super overpriced but found this one for a supprisingly good price

I will use it to connect my camera to my macbook pro. If you want to buy it to connect a monitor to a computer you might want to think twice because monitors usually come with its own HDMI cables.
