It is just as good as another one I have that cost a lot more. I am glad that the Best Buy associate was able to help me with my purchase. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I love Best Buy.

It is always wise to have one of these at home when you start having problems with laptop and the tech can fix any problems you have remotely.
