This w the thunderbolt to gigabit Ethernet Mac converter is night and day. Faster online gaming response, tor downloads, streaming benefits. Across the board good stuff.

Signal strength is just as I would expect it to be- no drop in spite of the cable length (50 ft). Have been able to rewrite my WiFi distribution and overall performance is just great.
