The Geek squad could not figure it out so they recommended that I connect the tv via ethernet. I didn't have any so I went to Best Buy to purchase this. I connected and my tv has worked great ever since.

So, I figured I'd go with the Insignia. Well... I can say, being off-brand was not an issue. I bought two for a long run through conduit, and they were good materials to work with throughout the cables, yet thin and flexble. The ends are solid with good clips. I was definately impressed at the value proposition.
