    I chose a shorter cord than I should have. Though I made it work for what I needed. I had an older cord and this one works much better.

    I bought this cable for the future. You can tell that it is a CAT6 because it is thicker than a CAT5. It will obviously bend less. So far it has worked great.

    I prefer the stability of hard wired over WI-FI. This cable works well. It is connected to my Sony Blu-Ray player and I have no problems with Netflix, VUDU, Amazon Prime, Pandora etc.

    In the times that the internet has issues, the tech usually asks to hook up to the modem directly and nowadays lap tops no longer come with Ethernet cables. This one works.
