Not universal for Insignia mini stereos

It will not pair no matter what codes are used, so not truly universal for its own Best But in house brand.

Allows training using infra red sensor one button

You can turn on the infra red sensor and aim it at another remote and it learns the buttons one at a time. Kind of a niche situation but this is exactly what I wanted.
