But it does replace the remote lost for my monitor. (Yey! I can change the volume again!) I have a LG audio setup that the remote will not work on, that is also part of my computer.

You have to then use the learn every button on old remotes. That is too much effort to be worth fighting.

Tried the simple set up with my Sony Bravia and it turned off as expected but would not turn on again. Called the helpless desk and was told to return it, What a waste of my time.

Well, apparently he doesn’t know that it doesn’t work that well because I tried everything. Tried the instructions. Tried the TV. Nothing nothing would work so if that said, I don’t think that’s a very good product for a bow set up and Samsung TV.

It will not pair no matter what codes are used, so not truly universal for its own Best But in house brand.

It could not find a proper code to work with this TV. It did program to other devices I had but not to the one I purchased it for. It is a "learning" remote but I did not have the original one.
