    It would not connect with my Roku TCL TV. I tried all 3 methods in the instructions and looked at a Youtube video. 2 stars because I was able to return the product within Best Buy's 14 day return window. Too bad, I wish it had worked.

    This is not a very good remote. Set up was not very simple and use is complicated. You must press the device button each time switching between changing the channel on the cable box and changing the volume on the receiver. It is just not simple to use. Not worth the cost.

    This remote did not work with my TV. I didn’t immediately test it to learn this. By the time I did, Best Buy would not accept the return. The store allows only 2 weeks from time of purchase to return an item. That is a ridiculously short time period in our busy lives.

    It took me FOREVER to finally figure out I had to tell it I was on a Theater system when I'm not before I could make sense of this so called universal remote. It only gave options for hdml 1 2 3 4 when all I wanted was DirectTV without finally calling it a Theater TV.
