Best Buy return policy fail

I didn’t immediately test it to learn this. By the time I did, Best Buy would not accept the return. The store allows only 2 weeks from time of purchase to return an item. That is a ridiculously short time period in our busy lives.

It only gave options for hdml 1 2 3 4 when all I wanted was DirectTV without finally calling it a Theater TV.

Can't be programmed

The so called manual is a complete waste. In fact, this was the worst possible remote to purchase as a replacement for my Logitech 650.

Not much more to say. I guess it might be OK if your devices are compatible.

Great Basic Remote Easy to Program!

Low price, simple, and works as advertised
