Can't be programmed

The so called manual is a complete waste. In fact, this was the worst possible remote to purchase as a replacement for my Logitech 650.

Not much more to say. I guess it might be OK if your devices are compatible.

Low price, simple, and works as advertised

Tried using provided codes and function learning with negative results. Be nice if there was someone to call but it is Insignia.
