After purchasing I discussed with several others in nearby towns (Morristown area and east), and confirmed what I found. Signals are inconsistent at best, and I could only get channel 4 - but couldn't keep the signal for more than 30 seconds. I tried all around the house. Product quality itself was fine, but HDTV broadcast is not functional.

Missing parts

This was really embarrassing as I just wrapped it up without checking inside the box, so I just purchased another 1 to rwplace the empty box I gave as a gift. I hope everything is in this box this time.

I was even warned by a BB employee that they had a very poor track record so I should keep my receipt and all my packaging in case it needed to be returned.

Unreal it only lasted 2 1/2 years, especially given I rarely use it. No wonder Insignia discontinued this model. Not a happy soul right now. :(

• Adjust your antenna, then scan for available channels on your TV or
set-top box.
• Make sure that the signal strength from the antenna is adequate. Some
TVs have a signal strength indicator. See your TV manual to see if your TV
has this feature.
