    Not a good product to pick up a lot channels. Not working inside the house with thick wall.

    I bought this product but didn't use it much. I thought I would save money used for cable but it didnt work out

    Sent the extra money for a wider range but unfortunately we only were able to receive two channels at the most. Return the item.

    I returned it cause it was only good for 25 miles and i live 70 miles from a station, and using pick up signals from any towers

    HD antennas DO NOT WORK in northern NJ. After purchasing I discussed with several others in nearby towns (Morristown area and east), and confirmed what I found. Signals are inconsistent at best, and I could only get channel 4 - but couldn't keep the signal for more than 30 seconds. I tried all around the house. Product quality itself was fine, but HDTV broadcast is not functional.

    Reverted to the old rabbit ears....after this thing failed to pick up the channels that the rabbit ears did.

    I originally purchased one and I love it so I ordered 2 more for Christmas gifts. 1 of the boxes had all the parts but was missing the antenna. This was really embarrassing as I just wrapped it up without checking inside the box, so I just purchased another 1 to rwplace the empty box I gave as a gift. I hope everything is in this box this time.

    Must be placed facing most stations, preferably on a window or outside wall. I prefer an outdoor antenna.

    I ended up returning the antenna as I was was only able to (very poorly) pick up 2 over the air television stations, even after going to elaborate lengths to post the antenna near a window and as high as possible. I was even warned by a BB employee that they had a very poor track record so I should keep my receipt and all my packaging in case it needed to be returned.

    Purchased 01/15/21/2021 and today the went black. Unreal it only lasted 2 1/2 years, especially given I rarely use it. No wonder Insignia discontinued this model. Not a happy soul right now. :(

      • Adjust your antenna, then scan for available channels on your TV or
      set-top box.
      • Make sure that the signal strength from the antenna is adequate. Some
      TVs have a signal strength indicator. See your TV manual to see if your TV
      has this feature.
