A: The closer to the window the better the reception. Mine is six feet away and I got over 30 over the air channels from any station I want within 80 miles. It does more than I need but I was very impressed with the range. I live next to Rocky Mountains and antennas often don’t work so well. Exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable price.
Q: What is the mileage range of this antenna?
A: I know I am pulling in stations from 40 miles away.
A: Make sure tv input is on correct choice & if your TV is not digital like mine you must have a receiver box or the antenna won't work.
Q: Does this antenna have a guide channel
A: My remote has a guide button and when I press it, a guide does appear on the TV. The guide shows the stations available and what is airing on that station. I can then select what I want to watch from the guide.
Q: How long is the coax cable?
A: It’s 12 feet but it’s hardly a coax cable. It’s thin like a phone charger.
A: See if you can do it without the amplifier, maybe it depends where the TV is positioned you won't get any channels if it's being blocked by any metals radio microwaves things like that. See if you can put it as high up to the ceiling or close to the window or just laying flat down horizontally you just have to play with it and see what happens also don't forget to do a channel scan that's what I did to make sure I get my 65 channels that I currently have.
Q: Will this antenna work for more than one TV at the same time?
A: Yes, if you use a splitter. There may be a little signal lose.
Q: Do you need WiFi with this antenna?
A: No, you plug into your TV and the power supply to the wall. Very easy to install, then you just search your channels to see what you can pick up.
