What is the mileage range of this antenna? null

I know I am pulling in stations from 40 miles away.

The box for the NS-ANT500HA says that the mileage range is 50miles. I am only about 30 miles away from the repeater but I have 58 local channels that come in perfectly clear. I have the antennae installed about 6ft off the floor about 2 ft away from a window and it is facing away from the mountain that has the repeater on it, but it works perfectly even though my house is brick and I have several trees around my property.

I received signals from 42 miles away from the transmission tower.
