“Does this antenna have a guide channel”

• My remote has a guide button and when I press it, a guide does appear on the TV. The guide shows the stations available and what is airing on that station. I can then select what I want to watch from the guide.

• Individual stations often broadcast identifying information that can be accessed by pressing i or information on a tv remote.

• In a Chicago suburb there were 69 channels found. No guide channel.

• The guide is a function of your television, not the antenna. The antenna will pass all the info transmitted by your local television stations to your television. Your television may or may not be equipped to process this info and display it as a guide.
