Customers are saying

Customers admire the Amplified Thin Film Indoor HDTV Antenna's excellent reception, ease of use, and picture quality. Many appreciate its ability to pick up a large number of channels and its simple installation. While some users experienced weaker signals depending on their location and building materials, the antenna's compact size and affordability were frequently praised. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and ease of setup outweighs the concerns about signal strength in certain situations.

Works good, appears to be high quality assembly. So while it didn’t bring in MORE channels, there were several the were not very clear before, but they are now. No more pixelating broadcasts.

This Insignia amplified antenna was easy to set up. Has a better stand than another brand I own, and I seem to get better picture quality. I receive over 50 channels where mine is located.

This excellent Insignia thin-film amplified antenna is in use with my great new Insignia 24-inch LED television (NS-24D310NA21) recently purchased from Best Buy. To my very pleasant surprise, this antenna is helping me receive several good digital over-the-air stations broadcast from about 50 miles away and through rugged, forested terrain. The stations are locked in solidly and very clear in picture and sound. There are no pixelation or interference issues whatsoever. Just great picture and sound that I can count on. I am thoroughly happy with this high-quality antenna and the great sale price at Best Buy. This is a very definite winner. I highly recommend it.

This is great for the local channels. I don't know how many there are in my area but it's more than I watch. The picture quality for the HD channels are great.

I bought this on deep clearance with the expectation that there was a 50/50 chance I return it. I didn't expect it to really work in my brick apartment complex. I was totally and wonderfully wrong. I have access to more than 30 channels, some I have no idea what they even are (lots of old TV shows and movies). I also have full HD access to the network channels. The only thing I have noticed is that sometimes the voices don't match the lips but as I mostly watch live sports it isn't a big deal. Great purchase and I will probably get the newer model at full price for my Mom.

Easy to set up and install. I surprised how many channels I was able to pick up locally (57!) including ABC, NBC, CBS, and more. The antennae included a plug in booster which helped.

This antenna has been a vast improvement over the RCA antenna it replaced. I like that it comes with a stand that we can put on our credenza next to our TV... attaching to the wall is not practical in our case. Signal is usually steady, but sometimes, the sound drops momentarily and we get minor pixelation. But works reasonably well considering our antenna placement restrictions.

Great bang for the buck. Even in the lower floor of a 2 stories house, it gets great signal quality and several different channels. Really worth it.

The amplification helps keep the signal stay strong and keeps the picture from freezing. Better than a non-amplified antenna. A little tough to install with the extra step of the power cord. I have found no extra range, but better signal for those stations that I already received.

Awesome indoor antenna for the value. Sleek, easy setup. I live 25 minutes from the mountains in Colorado and still get almost 200 channels with this thing. Great job Insignia.

Easy setup. Plugged it into my TV, put it in the window right behind said TV, did a scan, ended up with 26 channels. I still haven’t really taken the time to move it around to see if I end up with any more but the reception is great with only the occasional pixelation (seemingly due to heavy cloud coverage). It’s been Workin fine for about a month. I read a ton of reviews on a number of antennas but then just said “screw it” and stopped by my local Best Buy and bought this one figuring I’d just return if it didn’t work out. Well, it has worked out just fine.

I struggled with TV Rabbit Ears for years to tune-in my favorite TV stations UNTIL I purchased the Insignia Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna that clearly captured all my favorite local TV stations, 2, 4, 5, 7, 11, 13, 46, 56 depending upon how close to a window I placed it. At first I could not get channel 7, 9, and 13 until I moved it close to my window and turned it for the best reception. Then, I got all my favorite TV channels clearly. So, I learned that it takes a little trial and error to find the best spot to place it as close to a window as possible.
