We moved a little further out, and the little basic cheap antenna I used to use just did not get good reception, so I decided to try this one. It gets better reception than the cheap un-amplified one for sure, but I actually have a decent antenna on the roof (That's wired to a different tv) and this actually gets better reception that that one too! I haven't permanently mounted it, but I did notice certain stations I have to play with the placement a little to get perfect reception - but I think if i didn't have it sitting next to the TV and mounted on the wall it would work flawlessly every time.

Who cares when Dish network drops local channels? Not us because we have this great antenna. Amazing reception, beautiful picture, easy to use.

Ive had this unit for a good month Its hit or miss for channels where we are in a “cove” setting. We’ve tried a few of these, trying to pick up what we can. It does ok in picking up channels. Three Stooges on Saturdays is a plus. It works good where we are so if you’re down in a city area it should be good to go. Do it! I recommend going online to find where the towers are to aim, it makes a BIG DIFFERENCE

Excellent reception. We have it placed about 10 ft from a window, center room, and it picks up all broadcast stations in a 50-mile area. Perfect for what we needed.

Great purchase! This antenna has some serious range! I hooked it up and received over 200 channels! I was shocked! I bought a second one as a gift for my Mom!

I ditched my cable tv which I was only using for local stations. Saves me $100s per year. Works OK. It gets about 1/2 the major channels in Portland. That’s ok because my other TV gets the other ones. I only use it to get sports programs and local news. I stream all the rest of my tv watching.

Works well. Clear picture. Good value. Easy to set-up and use. I use it as a back-up to my streaming apps.

We get many more channels than we expected. Very clear reception. Easy to install. The white side blends in with the wall color. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Color option is wonderful for what ever household purchases (white or black) - hang or stand - we personally love the option of the stand. Range is GREAT! Quality reception : )

We live in the outer suburbs of town, so TV reception is sketchy. Being a powered device, this antenna helps us receive all of the local stations and substations in our area. It must be moved around a bit to find its sweet spot, but once found, it works much better than the cheap non-powered antennas.

I’ve been putting off purchasing an antenna for a while as we don’t technically live within 50 miles from a major market area and have a lot of trees on our property. I thought we’d have to get on for the top of the house or one with at least 100 mile range which are very expensive. To my surprise, we get quite a few channels and the come in with great clarity. We have the antenna sitting on the stand behind the TV. The one hiccup we’ve had so far is when someone walks in front of it, it pixelates and re-tunes. Otherwise it’s serving it’s purpose so I can watch the news before going to bed.

Used it to get rid of a cable box on a tv we don't use much. Stands upright which makes it easier. Placed near a window. Picked up 35 stations. Excellent reception.
