My husband networks systems for a living and brought home a cable to extend this. It was not working, getting no channels at all so he took it outside and still no channels. So he was messing around with position and I’m telling him “no change” and then suddenly I was like “yes! There whatever you did it’s actually working” he laughs and says “I UNPLUGGED it!” Needless to say we’re returning this.

I’m blown away - the image is great (seems better than cable) and get all of the local ones (for football) and then some. I’m using it in my basement so was concerned about the reception, however I have it standing right in the basement window and it works perfect. I may pick up another one for other TVs in the house.

Lost power and cable for two days a few weeks ago and with the help of a generator for the TV and this little antenna I was able to get almost 20 channels to watch until the cable service came back on.

It did pick up a few PBS stations and they came in great. We are to far out to receive signal for any other local stations. I would recommend if you know for sure you can pick up a signal from your area.
