I was able to exchange for another one. With very light use the power bank stopped working again after about 2 months. In total between both power banks I probably used the power bank less than 10 times.

The first time I used it, it shut down my oculus and I've been having system issues ever since. It only lasts for 30 mins with full charge. I don't recommend this product.
