Randomly Drops Connections

It wouldn’t stay connected to my wireless headset which was a real bummer whilst streaming and gaming. The one I got from amazon has worked flawlessly. I have high expectations for the Insignia brand but this one fell short. I even ensured all drivers were updated in the computer and the headphones and still had issues. Disappointing!

Nice Product

This made it very easy to add bluetooth capability to my newest pc build, as well as my previous build, now being used in another room. I can stream music to bluetooth speakers and receivers using my desktop computers. I can also transfer files using bluetooth to my phone, tablets, and my laptop.

Didnt work for me

I have an Asus laptop and tried this brand first, being the cheaper store brand. I wasnt able to connect to anything because it wasnt being recognized by the laptop when i plugged it in. Ended up returning it and buying the Asus brand device. Not saying its a bad item, i may have just got one that didnt work out.
