Unplug and plug to reset it.

But can't figure out why when ever I reboot my computer and this hardware does not show up,but when unplug and plug in it show up(wierd). It work like it intended when it show up on devices. But when not just unplug and plug will temporary fix the issue. Might have to reset window with device plug in which I don't want to do since I don't want to set up my computer again. But hey I have bluetooth now.
