Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a good temporary solution if you need to pair something via blue tooth on a laptop or PC however its easier if you get a device that has blue tooth built in or you are building a PC then get a motherboard with blue tooth built in. These are cheap and won't last long

This location looked like it was about to close- and in fact it was. It was on the news about a week later. I couldn't find anyone to help me, but managed to buy the correct product anyway.

There were no specific Fitbit bluetooth adapters in the store and the representative suggested that I try a non-proprietary adapter. It worked like a charm. Generic parts do not always work and I am sure glad that this one did as it saved me at least 50%.
