It works brilliantly. I have JBL E45 headphones and a Alienware PC. This eliminated buying a $80 headset for gaming, plus allows me to use these headphones in my home office for other audio (streaming music, TV, or videos).

Sometimes works

It will work for a while and then stop working. Will have to plug and unplug it back in to the USB slot to connect the keyboard and mouse again. Not sure what is causing the issue. Had bought a similar device from another brand that works without issue.

But when I visited Best Buy in Vero the sales assistant explained to me that this little item would take care of my problem. I am so happy to have purchased it
