It works brilliantly. I have JBL E45 headphones and a Alienware PC. This eliminated buying a $80 headset for gaming, plus allows me to use these headphones in my home office for other audio (streaming music, TV, or videos).

Returned to store for a replacement, same issue, desktop sees it, but driver will not install, gives error message, will return to store and buy different brand

The Dongle worked!!!

This device increased her wifi and she was able to connect other devices in the house, most importantly her cricut so designs could be downloaded from her computer.

But when I visited Best Buy in Vero the sales assistant explained to me that this little item would take care of my problem. I am so happy to have purchased it

You get what you pay for
