I have a difficult time downloading this bluetooth adapter to my laptop. Once it was set up, it was very easy to use. I paired 6 devices to my laptop and it works great.

This was definitely not a plug-and-play situation for me. The drivers weren't detected/compatible - and I had to utilize some of the previous reviews to download drivers externally prior to this working. Other than that, it's been working effectively since then.

This product is not a piece of junk, it just does not work with all PC hardware under Windows 10. I can't give this a solid recommendation to anyone as your results with older hardware will vary. - No Plug-N-Play support, had to hunt for driver outside of Insigniaproducts.com website and hope it was the correct one - It worked fine on my ThinkPad T420 - It installed on my DELL OptiPlex 990 (the PC I bought this for) and connected to my Bluetooth headset. Problem was audio stopped and started every second. This is an indication of a USB bus hardware compatibility issue specific to this DELL PC. I'll use it for my laptop and newer PC hardware that I buy. What can you expect for only $15?

I bought this for an older laptop that didn't have Bluetooth and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Quick and easy setup, Just plug it in and you're basically ready to go! Very pleased with this product.

I had purchased 3 of these ended up getting one that was bad

Took a lot of driver updates to get it rolling, but ultimately functions as expected.

After searching the web for issues I discovered I needed to download a program to even begin to get it to work an my Windows 7 machine. It has only worked once and i cannot get it to output to my headphones although they do get recognized. They appear as present but i can't get them to connect.

This device provides my desktop PC, which doesn’t have built in Bluetooth capability, the ability to use Bluetooth devices like keyboards, mice and printers. Easy to use and well worth the cost.

bought it because I need to connect my wireless to my PC

Didn't last a year. This was used to send music to a MEE BT receiver connected to a stereo receiver that was used very little. Just replaced this with an Asus BT adapter that was plug and play.

This product does work but doesn't have a strong signal.

My old USB Bluetooth adapter wouldn't work on USB 3.0 ports but this one works great. So far haven't had a single connection problem with it. Sound quality for Bluetooth audio using this device is excellent as well. If you need Bluetooth on your PC, look no further.

It works!! It is wonderful not to be stuck at my desk. I can walk around the office, but am still able to hear any notifications that come in and respond quickly.

Reliable, easy to use and functions as needed for price.

Product seems to be decent quality for the price. However, I couldn’t get it to work for what I bought it for. I wanted to use it to connect a Xbox one controller to my pc, but wasn’t able to do so. Bought as a plug in and connect, but wasn’t able to do so.

the product works in terms of audio. I can;t get the mic to work with my bluetooth headsets

Didn't get a motherboard with wifi on my pc and usually played with a wired controller but once the port broke, i knew i needed this and it has worked flawlessly ever since.

Cuts off every once in a while and have to reconnect.

Sooo I was having issues using my Asus WMR VR headset. The 2.4 ghz frequency was interfering with my headset. So I had to purchase a separate Bluetooth in order to fix this problem. In a matter of minutes I was up and running again.
