Easy install great range connects to devices with no issues

Works as expected however it does not auto install on windows 10. Selecting the generic Bluetooth driver works. It appears to be a known issue so not sure why Best Buy site doesn’t have proper driver for its preferred branded product.

It works alright, but don't rely on it if your pc doesn't have bluetooth and you intend to use an xbox controller, it will work it just has bad lag for playing games, just use it for things that dont require highspeed input.

Works just fine for a bluetooth dongle. Could of been cheaper.

I bought this to help troubleshoot a problem I was having trying to pair Bose headphones to laptop with builtin BT. After installing the drivers for this USB BT device, pairing was simple, so I disabled the laptop's onboard BT and I'm now only using this. Works well.

If you stand in front of device, the reception gets a little choppy.

Purchased for the boss's computer because she had no sound on her computer and I got her a Bluetooth sound system that needed a Bluetooth connection to the computer. It works great and the sound from the system is fantastic. She loves it.

I got this adapter so I could connect my Xbox controller to my computer but when I used it the controller inputs would lag. This most likely wasn’t made for gaming but I’m sure if you use it for simple things like Bluetooth headphones it would be great

Works well. Sometimes it loses connection but other than that it does its job.

Ordered a bluetooth dongle when I couldn't get a rapid delivery on Amazon. Item was available next day at store for pickup. Parked in front of store and was greeted by employee who fetched my item.

I had a little issue but when I update my drivers I've manage to get it to work.

Used this dongle to enable my PC for Bluetooth so I could connect my bluetooth earbuds. The range is right about 20 feet before signal degradation. Signal is strong and it connects easily and quickly. No complaints.

This tiny gadget turned my older laptop computer into a system that has wireless capabilities to connect to devices seamlessly. I upgraded my Windows 7 to Windows 10, plugged this adapter into a USB port and the system did the rest.

Works great so far. Headphones has not connected correctly several times but just a simple pulling out the adapter and placing it back in the USB input fixed the issue. It is not a major complaint. It is probably an issue with the headphones.

From the beginning this device was easy to setup and it does work with Windows 10 PC. Haven't got any problem since I bought it almost three months ago.

I assume it works but it didn’t connect my wireless device as expected.
