The instructions that comes with the product say that the PC will automatically install all required drivers. This did not happen. Tried troubleshooting, windows could not find any drivers for this product and insignia offers no manual download options for driver support. Emailed their support to try and give them a chance to assist. No response after 3 business days. Worthless.

Windows 10 does not have a driver for it and I needed to find one (not a trivial effort). It is working now but only after contacting a friend for help.

First tried a USB 3 port and it caused all kinds of issues with my keyboard and gamepad. Tried the USB 2 port and then it worked flawlessly. Don't make the same mistake I did.

No drivers from Insignia’s website, I tried some of the suggestions I saw in the other reviews but all this did was crash on my computer. Once I was able to install it it would fail almost immediately, could not get the “drivers” to uninstall from my PC, once I figured it wouldn’t work but my computer would just hang while trying to uninstall, causing my computer to crash during shut down, ended up reset my PC just to get rid of the headache... So again to anyone thinking of buying, DO NOT BUY!

That's all I needed from this, and it does it well. Handles everything I throw at it at one time. Every so often my mouse freezes, but I don't know if that's the Bluetooth receiver or the mouse. Thanks!

Plugged it in and it worked like a charm. Not necessary to download any software at all. Just "plug and play".
