The computer recognizes the adapter, then it disappears. When it's connected, it sort of works, but it disconnects every few seconds. No drivers included, but after working through the driver mess and installers for the specific chipset, it still doesn't work. I am returning this, and I would never use another insignia product.

Didn't know my laptop had no Bluetooth! But this fixed that problem.

Setup with no issue. Had to disable my onboard Bluetooth. It wasn’t working like it use to, That is why I got this little dongle. I got it to replace my old Bluetooth receiver.

This adapter lets me connect up to 4 Bluetooth-enabled devices to my laptop that only has 2 USB ports. Delighted to have extra ports without disconnecting anything else.

I have no complaints. connects my headphone to my computer.

Cheap Bluetooth, works fine no connectivity issues so far.

The Insignia Bluetooth Adapter works well. It was a bit hard to find the driver, so that lowers the rating for me. It should be like most, easily accessible on their website or available in windows update.

I got this to link my wireless Beats headset to my laptop because my laptop did not have Bluetooth. Works great!

Everyone should have one of these for the house now

This was exactly what I needed at a fair price. I can always count on my local Best Buy store for the items I need and the employees provide impeccable service.

Found that I had it paired to a couple of devices already and it wouldn't connect to a 3rd at the same time. That was on me. Once I figured that out, works like a charm.

I’ve always disliked touch pad curser controls on laptops and have always preferred a mouse for control. This allows me to have a wirelessly Connected mouse for my laptop.

Worked well with windows 7 professional. Able to connect several devices at a time. Two bluetooth controllers and a Bluetooth headset.

This works great. Using it for a wireless Xbox/Windows 10 controller for my PC. Plug it in and Windows 10 does the rest. Range wise I have used it about 10 feet away with no issues.

Easy installation, works just as if you had Bluetooth on the mobo.

I should give this no Stars. The drivers don't automatically load (and don't exist on the Insignia website). After about an hour of research I found the drivers on the Broadcom site. I had to install the drivers manually and the best result I could get was a huge stutter when. I tried to use it. I paid $5 more for an ASUS bluetooth and it installed drivers automatically and has worked well with no issues on the same PC. The Insignia appears to be worthless.

This Bluetooth adapter is sleek and puts out a strong signal you can easialy connect too. The blue tooth 4.0 really shows you what it can do. The audio latency is almost perfect. I would highly recommend.

I bought this because when I upgraded my laptop with built-in Bluetooth to Win10, I found out that there were no working drivers for my built-in Bluetooth. A cheap work around was this Bluetooth dongle. It works perfectly.
