A little bit of input lag, but that's as to be expected.

I updated all the drivers I could and I can’t seem to find a way to make it work but I haven’t given up hope yet, I’m sure it’s something on my end but they could include some more trouble shooting options

Did not auto-install drivers and was not compatible with windows 10 without work. Insignia does not host drivers and their only official advice is "plug it in and it will work". Eventually got it working, but honestly can't tell exactly how: lots of driver updates and device manager shenanigans. Intended to use with a dualshock controller but inputs lagged too drastically. Would not recommend, as I intend to return and, unfortunately, invest in a wifi/bluetooth card instead.

This has been a great add on to my laptop and has allowed my pc to connect to my external speakers for extra sound.

needed an adapter for my pc did not come with one built in so this is a nice adapter for my headset and pc works great does not loose signal

Bought because our laptop was not bluetooth capable. As soon as it was installed, the laptop recognized it and it worked perfectly! No problems, great price!

Just bought this Bluetooth adapter today, I was given a 2.00 discount after the sales representative showed me the red tag on the back of the package for it had been opened. I returned home and spent the next 3 hours in a failed attempt to get any drivers to download. The sales representative assured me that the unit will automatically load drivers and Windows would automatically load the proper drivers for your computer. I should have known when I first pushed it in my surface pro and nothing happened, I waited a couple of minutes and still nothing, so I unplugged it and tried the process again, that was the first hour. I spent the next 2 hours trying different ways to get it to work even show up on my desktop. After spending the last hour in device manager trying to configure new Bluetooth settings I gave up not before trying it on a new computer for another 1/2 hour. I had the same problem with the new computer. I would have gladly paid 20 dollars more for a working dongle. So tomorrow I get to go back to Best Buy and return my unit and do I pay 2 dollars more for an unopened adapter and try again? I guess I will sleep on it and decide in the morning if I want to go through this all over again or if I buy something from Amazon. I will let you know what happened should I get another Insignia Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter.

Not exactly what I needed but a good product overall

Purchased this so I could connect to multiple different devices that have bluetooth and use the Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard instead of the cumbersome up, down and all around screen picking letters and number. Works Great.

Bluetooth is good once it is fully installed, but the instructions included are outdated. Windows will not automatically "find the appropriate driver update" necessary for the adapter to function.

Bought this for my PC to be able to use Xbox One controller and also transfer files to my mobile devices. It works great. It's fast. I've had no issues in the few months since purchasing. Would buy another.

Insignia is a good brand, and this is quality product.

I have not used it yet. I still have to buy speakers

This is the best Bluetooth for PC , keyboard, mouse and Xbox one s controller, my experience getting Bluetooth connection to my Xbox x s controller is awesome and very good connection
