Product was the wrong model number but the Geek Squad recognized it and replaced it with the correct model.

This adapter enabled my laptop to have blue tooth capability. Then I could use my wireless (bluetooth) Bose speaker with my laptop to hear music, etc. anywhere in the room.

This is the second one of the same exact model I bought. The first one worked fine, but I lost it (or so I thought). I can't seem to get this one to work. I then found the missing one and it works fine. Not sure what to think.

I'm glad I pulled the trigger on this beautiful product which I didn't know I needed until later.

Works exactly as advertised for my new Sony headphones. I have no regrets purchasing this item and have had no issues with it this far.

I purchased this at Best Buy along with a bluetooth pair of headphones and this thing has major issues. It will recognize devices but cannot install the correct drivers in order to communicate with them properly. It has a broadcom chip but broadcom no longer offers driver downloads to support it. I'm using Windows 7. I've tried downloading every imaginable bluetooth driver under the sun but I continue to have problem. Basically spent a whole day troubleshooting this problem. Avoid. It's useless piece of plastic.

Product works as expected and needed. My laptop did not have the Bluetooth driver needed and I had to download it. Maybe it should be on the device and download from it? Maybe?

Works as described! Was looking for a Bluetooth adapter for my newly built computer and this made my Bluetooth connection possible

Not a lot to say here, the adaptor does what it is supposed to do. Works pretty fast and never drops connection.

Bought very long back,still working like a charm. I would recommend if you have old laptop and don’t have Bluetooth options.

Good little dongle for your bluetooth needs. Just make sure you get the correct version. 4.0.

Was on sale and i needed this for my new black friday sony headphones. Was concerned about video sound lag but haven't had problems so far.

Plugged it in, let Windows do its thing and there was Bluetooth. Dongle is solid with good range. Did what it said it would do.

I love this Product, my PC is very old and didn't come with Bluetooth capacity, now it does :-)

I purchased this adapter thinking I needed it on my computer to connect my headphones because the Bluetooth adapter on my computer was corrupted. Upgraded to Windows 10 and the problem resolved so didn’t need it.

I got this as the built-in Bluetooth on Motherboard quit working. I had tried other brands and this one worked great.

Computer wouldnt enable bluetooth automatically had to manually find the drivers to get it to work. It works but it could be better.

Good stuff works as advertised very convenient. Overall convenient experience and product purchase! Will absolutely recommend.
