I don’t remember buying this product don’t know how it works

Add bluetooth to add product. I added to my pc and now I can connect headsets and speakers. God range. Great price

Bought this for my son's older computer. Works great and no signal loss, even when the device he is using is across the room.

When I first plugged the adapter into my Windows 7 laptop, it did not automatically install the drivers. From the "Devices and Printers" window, it showed up as an "Unspecified" device, BCM20702A0. From there, I was able to right-click and "Troubleshoot" the device to get a driver installed, but that did not help. With the driver installed, I was able to see several Bluetooth devices. I tried connecting with my Bluetooth mouse and my Bluetooth headphones, both of which I've used successfully with other laptops. From the laptop, both devices appeared to connect, but the headphones did not indicate that they were paired, and neither device functioned. The first one of these Bluetooth adapters I purchased was an "open box" special. (That should have been a clue.) The second was a brand new unopened unit. Both exhibited the same problem. Checking the Insignia website for support was no help. Bought this on sale for my son who wanted to use Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC. Was plug and play as expected and he was using it right away.

had to send the computer back so this item was no longer needed. I really can't give more information about this product beyond.

The product may be good for connecting devices via Bluetooth, but it did not work for my purpose. It will not connect to a LG TV that does not support USB 4.0.

I had a keyboard for about 4 years. Bought this little gadget to activate the wireless feature and it works just fine.

Works just like it's supposed to. A inexpensive fix for older our older computer that was not built with Bluetooth.

Didn't work. Unfortunately I didn't try it until after the return period was over... I was hoping to replace an older blue tooth USB device hoping for a little more range and consistency, but the device wasn't recognized and no available drivers for download on the manufacturer website. No auto-install drivers. Using Windows 10. I'd say look at the next option based on this experience.

Had to buy this so we could use a Bluetooth speaker on our computer. Trying to get everything wireless as possible on our desktop computer.

I should have invested in this product a long time ago... This has helped my Toshiba laptop reach greater heights now that I have BT capability.

i used the bluetooth to go with my headphones for gaming. have a wonderful time with my games now!!! exceptional quality for connection with my headset...

Was looking for a way to transfer files from laptop to my phone without using usb cord, which wasn't working anyway, and this worked out well.

Works okay, but signal is not as strong as some. Price was right and if you'll be relatively close to your device, should be fine.
