Website for downloading drivers does not work

Instructions direct you to a 3rd party website to download the drivers you need. Tried for 3 days but failed to downloand the drivers. Other reviews and boards on the web say this has been a problem for awhile. Disappointed Best Buy cannot force the driver web site to fix the site. If Bestbuy pays this website for the service they deserve a refund.

Found my surface mouse and it worked. Shut down the computer and on the next boot it randomly goes dead until I literally tap the mouse on the adapter and it will wake up and work for a couple minutes before dying again. I tried it with both a surface mouse and a keyboard. It is just bad. Hopefully you don't get a dud. It is cheap, so cheap it doesn't work and not worth the time and fuel to return it.
