Drivers were unavailable to download from Insignia website. I had to use a 3rd party driver of a similar device that uses the same Bluetooth radio. Got 2 open-box, that I would assume were returned because the user was unable to get them working.

Which is where this device sucks and Insignia do not provide a driver on their website either. I tried installing a driver manually by using another company's driver but it only worked little bit.
