Only one device at a time and audio is out of sync

Audio stays connected but the audio is delayed. Fine for music, not so much for video. That said, can only support one device at a time and so cannot have both audio and xbox controller connected (which is what I am trying to do) as they interfere with each other so controller and audio are both intermittent.

I synced it to my wireless controller and while it works most of the time you will get dropped inputs often and delayed input. Would not recommend this for anything that needs fast and accurate inputs. Bluetooth dongle says it is plug and play. It is not and I had to find the drivers online before my computer recognized it.

Audio coming from it also desynchronizes before disconnecting. I’ve updated drivers and uninstalled/reinstalled and all that jazz but it continues to act up so I’ll be moving on to something else.

I even called Insignia support and was told the drivers should automatically install. When I told him that did not happen, he was unable to help me as well.

If you manage to find the software, it will not hep you use you Bluetooth device for more than a few seconds. The driver is not provided by the manufacturer any longer, and if you use windows, will fail on automatic installation. You’re better off looking at places other than Best Buy.
