My Windows 10 PC had no issue seeing the adapter, but the adapter itself could neither see, nor be seen by anything else. I bought this and an Xbox One controller to replace an Xbox 360 for Windows controllers that was wearing out. The Insignia Bluetooth adapter never connected to the controller. My Samsung Galaxy S10e connects to the controller without any problems. My S10e couldn't even see the Bluetooth adapter. I have tried several Insignia brand products and they are all straight garbage! They actually found a way to be worse than Rocketfish brand products and that's saying a lot. Insignia products aren't the bottom of the barrel, they're looking up to see the bottom of the barrel.
