This product is not Plug & Play, and there is no driver that Windows can find, or that is downloadable from the website. When I called support, they told me to return it because I cannot get a driver for it.

I had to spend an hour digging through Google and trying different sketchy websites to finally find a Broadcom driver to make this work.

There are no drivers on the insignia website. I tried other drivers from chat sites and none of them worked. I returned the device and got my money back.
