I asked the Best Buy associate what the options were and he recommended this simple setup - seemed easy, however, after installation wasn't able to get the headphones to sync up with the adapter.

The device worked for a couple of months then died. If you need a usb to bluetooth adapter all of a sudden then it's good, but if you don't need it right then I would shop around and spend a few extra bucks

And I wasn`t Able to find it on my taskbar. It doesn`t showup where it should. To be able to open a dialogue box, to send and receive files through bluetooth. However, It does find and install my Bluetooth hp mouse, which is also why I bought the insignia dongle. But It should be visable on my laptop. Which is the way it is intended to work.

Search for a driver. Find the correct driver from a reputable website. Download a driver. Restart the computer. So many steps to go through. Giving it 2 stars because, at the end of the day, it does work.
