    DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 11. The packaging clearly says 'For Windows PC' but does not specify any version. After calling Insignia Support they told me to look at the manual and it clearly states Windows 10. You have to open the box to see the manual. The drivers will not install automatically, because Windows 11 does not have a driver for this. I spent a good hour and a half trying to find a driver for this device, trying different manual installs of drivers and no dice. This just will not work on Windows 11. Best Buy should put labels on all of these stating Win 10 or lower. This feels like a cheap, lazy con.

    It was a TERRIBLE experience trying to get it to work. It didn't come with a driver, it's instructions were wrong, everybody on the Internet that I found fought for hours trying to get it to work. Some did, MOST DIDN'T. DON'T EVERY BUY THIS!!!!
