Downloading Driver issues

Returned it and got the ASUS. It worked with no issues.

Not recommended, at all
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This did not auto install as it said it should, I had to contact support which was not even remotely prompt (shy of 48 hours). I finally got the generic driver installed and for a day only one ear of my headphones would play. Next day it worked fine, so I didn't worry about it. Then about 1.5 weeks go by just fine and suddenly everything I playing sounds like a scratched cd, reinstalled the driver, worked ok a few more days. Now it won't work at all, I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and my computer can't even see that it is plugged in. I've had it for barely 30 days and find out the return policy is only 2 weeks. I've had better luck with dongles for half the price on Amazon, just tried to get away from buying everything on Amazon, thought hey, insignia is a pretty reliable brand, but sadly this thing is garbage. :(
